Why is the scale going the wrong direction?
I could make up a whole lot of excuses but truth is I just haven't been consistent. I know what I need to do, I tell myself what I need to do but I do the opposite.
I have the tools, the ability and the mindset to succeed but for some reason I keep self sabotaging myself and binge eating . 2017 I'm getting to the root of it all, working on stopping myself, instead of just letting it be okay than wishing I didn't after.
All about ACTION for me, it's about doing the things I said I would do. It's about becoming consistent, reaching my ultimate goal and ending this roller coaster ride.
Changing your lifestyle isn't easy, losing weight isn't easy but I know it will all be worth it and I will do whatever it takes to reach my goals. I'm going back to the basics, back to blogging, logging and putting this journey first.
JANUARY GOAL: Lose at least 12.1lbs
The Plan:
1. 3 miles at least 3x a week
2. Greens, Thermofit & Fat Fighters Daily
3. 100 oz of water a day
4. Watch Me Melt Challenge
5. Meal prep & eat meal prep food
6. Finish reading Abundance Now

A day designed to be all about fitness.

Workshops
Healthy and Fit: A dietitian will advise the foods necessary to lead a
healthy lifestyle. The dietician will also give nutritional facts about common
foods that are consumed.
Meal Prepping: Meal preps save a bunch of time and assist in preventing an
individual from eating “bad” throughout the week. Learn how to prep and plan
meals in advance, and learn a few new recipes.
Juices/Smoothies: Juices and Smoothies are both great ways to include a lot
of produce in our diet, and also to consume a greater variety than we may
otherwise eat. Learn the difference between them both and their benefits.
Healthy and Hanging Out: Hanging out with friends the conventional way can be one of
the many reasons someone is putting on the pounds especially around the
waistline, but it does not have to be. Learn how to stay social and stay fit!

Classes
Butts and Guts: Have you always wanted a flatter stomach? A firmer butt?
In this class you will firm and tighten your midsection and backside!
Step Aerobics: High Energy Toning and Cardio Class via an elevated
platform (step board)!
Sweat with Dawn Estelle Archer: Therapy! A positive and enjoyable dance experience and
group training.
Tabata Total Body with GetFitWithCruz: Tabata formula has scientifically proven to increase your
endurance and athletic performance, decrease your body fat, and increase your
metabolism! Combines 20-second intervals of high intensity exercise followed by
10 seconds of rest.

Join my Diet Bet! Determined2Satisfied! Lets support each other and reward ourselves for reaching our goals!
Yes another challenge! I decided to host my own diet bet! We can post pictures, comment, give virtual free gifts and just support each other to reach our goals.
Diet bet: Determined2Satisfied will start March 1st.
How does it work?
You have 4 weeks to lose 4% of your starting weight.
To begin, everyone puts money into the pot.
The bet is $30.
After four weeks, whoever's hit their 4% goal is a winner and splits the pot.
Two days before the game starts, you'll be prompted to enter your start weight. To prove your starting weight, you'll submit two photos.
One is a full body shot of you standing on the scale in "airport security attire." Basically, what you wear to the gym will work. Just no shoes, coats, belts, etc.! The other photo is of the scale's readout with a code word provided by Dietbet. The word acts as a time stamp to prove the photo was taken at the start of the game.
